When should I rent or purchase a breast pump?

We recommend to rent or purchase a breast pump after delivery. Your nipple & funnel size will be different before and after delivery so trying it after you delivered is much safer unless specifically prescribed by an O&G Specialist😊

How do I rent a breast pump?

To get started, message and let us know the model of breast pump that you would like to rent, duration of the rent as well as your funnel size. Please feel free to ask us for recommendations!😊

What is your rental policy?

We have a minimum rental policy of 3 days. A RM150 deposit will be required per breast pump before the rental commence which is fully refundable upon return of the breast pump and all related accessories in good condition 😊

How do I measure my funnel size?

First, measure your nipple size using a measuring tape (before you pump). Then, add 3/4mm to the measurement to get your funnel size

Example: Nipple size measured is 18mm, funnel size will be 21 / 22mm 😊

How long will it take to receive the rental breast pump?

Upon confirmation
Klang Valley - Same Day Delivery or Courier Delivery (1 - 3 Working Days)
Other states in West Malaysia (Penang, Johor, Ipoh, Melaka, Terrengganu etc.) - Courier Delivery (1 - 3 Working Days)
East Malaysia - Service is tentatively unavailable yet🙏

How do I know whether a breast pump is suitable for me?

Generally a breast pump is suitable if you find it comfortable to use and if it's able to effectively pump out enough milk for you 😊

Handheld or Handsfree pump which is better?

Generally, we try to recommend mommies to start with a good handheld pump first followed by handsfree pump.

Can I extend the rental anytime?

Yes, you may extend the rental but kindly inform us one day before the return date😊

How long will it take to get my deposit back after returning the breast pump?

The deposit will usually be refunded within the same day upon receiving the breast pump, in case if you have not received your deposit by the end of the day, please feel free to reach out to us the following day to check on the status of the refund😊

Note: In case of any damages or lost of the breast pump or it's related accessories, we reserve the right to deduct the deposit based on the full price of the item that is damaged or lost.

Do you sell new breast pumps?

Yes we do, we offer additional discounts / freebies for rental customers as well (depending on stock availability)😊
